Problem and Solutions:
Tim was missing his upper right front incisor and had a porcelain-to-metal bridge which he didn't like. The rest of his teeth had discolored and he showed too much of his gums when he smiles. We solved his problems by removing some of his excess gums with laser, replacing the old bridge with an all-ceramic bridge and placing porcelain veneers on the other five teeth. We gave him the whiter teeth that he wanted and also created a more masculine smile design by making the edges of the front incisors more "squarish" than his original teeth.
