The Women in Need, or WIN Foundation is a 5013C non-profit foundation founded by Dr. Tracy Kemble in 1996 to empower women across the United States and around the world to overcome abuse, enhance their self-esteem, and create their own destinies.
Offering classes, programs, conferences, and other support for women in need, the WIN Foundation is dedicated to providing all women with the tools for healing and empowerment.
The WIN Foundation is the beneficiary of the proceeds from Dr. Huefner's innovative SMILE program.
